Job summary

Ventura Services Florida is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in delivering high standards of sanitation and hospitality. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure safety compliance, and maintain a spotless environment to exceed guest expectations across all areas of our facility.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, coordinate cleaning across guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, and laundry, and uphold sanitation

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial services or janitorial work in industrial or commercial settings.
• Supervisory experience leading teams in hospitality or facility management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and foster teamwork.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations.
• Effective communication for managerial interactions and guest satisfaction.
• Experience with laundry operations is desirable in hospitality settings.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail under pressure.
