Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness standards and provide guests with a positive experience. The role involves room cleaning, inspections, and teamwork to support a premier resort environment.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks across rooms and common areas, adhering to safety guidelines, and reporting Lost & Found items to assist guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a 90% inspection score or above.
• Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units, removing trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following safety procedures.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, following protocols to assist guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned to support housekeeping operations
