Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline housekeeping personnel according to Highgate Hotel SOPs.
• Establish and maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program and detailed position checklists.
• Maintain and control all housekeeping equipment and supplies inventory.
• Ensure VIP rooms and public areas meet Highgate Hotel standards and privacy procedures.
• Balance and close room status nightly; coordinate with Guest Services and PMS reports.
• Prepare employee schedules based on forecast, payroll budget, and productivity needs.
