Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room attendants, housemen, and public area cleaning.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, hallways, restrooms, lobby, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met.
• Train, retrain, and coach housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, presentation standards, and productivity expectations.
• Check for maintenance issues, damage, missing items, and safety concerns, and report them promptly.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and respectful communication among team members.
