Job summary

Waycross Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to plan, direct and oversee the housekeeping department within a patient-centered environment. You will lead a team, manage budgets and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards while delivering compassionate service.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with duties including inter-department coordination and staff development to maintain high standards of cleanliness and patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions.
• Establish and maintain inter-departmental communication to ensure positive working relationships.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and enforce standards.
• Assist with department budget and staffing.
• Comply with privacy, security and licensure requirements.
• Greet patients upon admission and provide assistance as needed.
