Waycross Health & Rehab in Waycross, GA is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping department and ensure efficient operations. The role requires supervisory skills, budget familiarization, and adherence to privacy and safety standards.

The position offers starting pay from $17.80 to $21.63 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and a referral

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications; Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions (including personnel and administrative tasks).
• Maintain inter-departmental communication to ensure positive working relationships.
• Supervise and instruct staff in housekeeping techniques; manage staffing within budget.
• Assist with annual nursing center budget and ensure compliance with licensure standards.
