Housekeeping Supervisor — Black Meadow Landing
The Big Picture -
Black Meadow Landing in Parker Dam Arizona is looking for a full-time Housekeeping Supevisor. You'll be the driving force behind making Black Meadow Landing consistently clean, guest-ready, and organized — leading the housekeeping team, setting the standard, and making sure every corner of the property reflects the quality our guests expect.
What You'll Own
- Lead & Schedule: Build the weekly schedule and set daily priorities for the housekeeping team, keeping everyone focused and moving in the same direction.
- Inspect & Verify: Walk the property regularly — rentals, restrooms, laundry areas, offices, and common spaces — and make sure everything meets standard before guests do.
- Jump In: Roll up your sleeves alongside the team during high-volume days, turnovers, or whenever extra hands make the difference.
- Order Linens & Materials: Keep a sharp eye on inventory and proactively order linens, cleaning products, toiletries, and paper goods so the team never runs short.
- Inventory Control: Maintain smart par levels and a well-organized supply room — no shortages, no waste.
- Quality Control: Champion the cleaning checklists and property standards, making sure they're followed every time, not just some of the time.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and give clear daily direction to your housekeeping crew — you're the person they look to for guidance.
- Communication: Flag maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, or supply needs to management before they become bigger problems.
What Success Looks Like Week to Week
- The property is clean, polished, and guest-ready every day.
- Every scheduled clean and turnover happens on time.
- Your team has clear priorities and knows exactly what's expected.
- Supplies are stocked and ready — no last-minute scrambles.
- Inspections happen consistently, catching issues before guests do.
- Management stays in the loop on anything that needs attention.
What You'll Bring
- 2 years of housekeeping experience (hospitality, resort, hotel, or similar guest-facing environment)
- Some prior experience leading, training, or directing others — since this role supervises a team
- Basic inventory/ordering experience is a plus but not usually a hard requirement at this level
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate booking and reservation platforms to track arrivals, departures, and occupancy
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in a job done right
The Formula
Clean Property + Strong Team Leadership + Properly Stocked Supplies + Consistent Inspections = Happy Guests — and a team that's proud of the space they run.
If you're a natural leader who takes pride in the details and wants a role where your work is visible every single day, we'd love to hear from you.
