Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards, and provide daily directions. You will monitor performance, coach staff, coordinate with the Front Desk, and maintain safety and sanitation in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hotel, cleaning, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team to meet cleanliness standards for rooms and public areas.
• Provide work direction and daily cleaning objectives; inspect work and assist in services.
• Manage guest room keys, status, and security; coordinate with Front Desk on room status.
• Coach team members, recognize achievements, and address areas for improvement.
