Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our hotel housekeeping operations. This role requires strong training and coaching abilities for large teams, prioritization of tasks, and adherence to inventory controls in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Training and coaching experience with large teams.
Minimum of three years in hotel/hospitality management or related education/experience.
One year of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects; experience analyzing data to improve operations.
Experience in high-volume hotel operations; proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and email tools.

Responsibilities

Assists Executive Housekeeping Manager in 24/7 hotel housekeeping operations.
Applies high guest service standards and ensures cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
