Job summary

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to lead and grow a high-performing team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness and presentation standards.

You will supervise shift teams, inspect rooms, and coordinate daily assignments while collaborating with leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. A focus on coaching and maintaining high standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a select-service hotel required.
• Hyatt brand experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and support housekeeping team members during each shift.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Assist with daily assignments, room priorities, and department organization.
• Identify and communicate maintenance or guest room concerns.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team members succeed.
