Housekeeping Supervisor - Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista (Finance)

Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking to hire a full-time 2nd shift Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong time management and communication skills, flexible availability, customer service experience, and a minimum of 6 months housekeeping experience. A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience is required. Preferred qualifications include being bilingual in Spanish and previous Hilton experience, but these are not mandatory.

Pay Rate: $22.88

Schedule Pattern: Open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays between 3 pm - 11:30 pm

What will I be doing?

• Inspect rooms, verify and report room status and discrepancies, and update the property management system as needed
• Complete work orders
• Perform room attendant and/or houseperson duties as needed
• Assist in training room attendants
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
