Job summary

AKAM is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the general upkeep of all common property and facilities for the Association. This full-time role covers Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.

The supervisor will lead the housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction across buildings and amenities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining floors and surfaces, reporting repairs, and supporting guests with

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lb.
• Schedule: Tues through Sat, with Sun & Mon off.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Dust furniture and surfaces.
• Assist guests with service requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
