Job summary

AKAM is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the general upkeep of all common property and facilities for the Association. This full-time role covers Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Position overview:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the general upkeep of all common property and facilities of the Association as they relate to the grounds, building, equipment, and recreational facilities. This role supervises all staff in the housekeeping department.

This is a fulltime role: Tues thru Sat (Sun & Mon off) from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Supervise housekeeping staff
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces
• Dust furniture and surfaces
• Assist guests with service requests when needed, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Identify and report possible repairs

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma or equivalent
• Supervisory experience required
• Highly reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management
• Housekeeping experience (preferably in a condo, HOA, residential or hotel setting)
• Able to lift up to 30lb
