Job summary

Akam Associates Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain the clean, welcoming condition of all common property and facilities for the HOA and related properties. You will perform floor cleaning, trash removal, dusting, and assist guests with service requests while reporting repairs.

This role runs Wed–Sun from 7:30am to 3:30pm, with Mon/Tue off, and requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 30 lb, and prior housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills.
• Housekeeping experience in condo/HOA/hospitality preferred.
• Able to lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces.
• Dust furniture and surfaces throughout facilities.
• Assist guests with service requests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify and report potential repairs or maintenance needs.

Position overview

The Housekeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of all common property and facilities of the Association as they relate to the grounds, building, equipment, and recreational facilities. This is a fulltime role: Wed thru Sun (Mon/Tues off) from 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces
• Dust furniture and surfaces
• Assist guests with service requests when needed, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Identify and report possible repairs

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma or equivalent
• Highly reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management
• Housekeeping experience (preferably in a condo, HOA, residential or hotel setting)
• Able to lift up to 30lb
