Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Part-time Housekeeping Supervisor for The Federal Hotel in Carson City, NV. You will supervise housekeeping activities, ensure top-quality cleanliness, and protect assets while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms and public areas, training staff, addressing guest concerns, managing supplies, and collaborating with maintenance and front desk.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards.
• Guest Interaction: Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Management: Assist in management of cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure rooms are ready for guests and to facilitate smooth operations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure quality control and consistency among housekeeping staff.
