Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Middleborough, MA to lead the daily housekeeping operations at a KOA property. You will supervise staff, train employees, ensure guest-ready units, and maintain inventory and supplies.

You will uphold KOA standards, coach a diverse team, and collaborate across departments to deliver high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced outdoor hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Fluent English speaking and listening.
• Strong communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Experience with housekeeping and janitorial procedures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Determine the number of housekeepers needed to complete tasks within specific time periods.
• Train new employees on proper techniques for cleaning accommodation units and washing laundry.
• Conduct regular inspections of restrooms, units, and public spaces for cleanliness and order.
• Oversee maintenance requests and prioritize by urgency.
• Ensure supplies are available and stocked for the team.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to GM/AGM.
• Foster teamwork and communication with other departments.
• Protect quality standards and safety regulations and manage inventory.
