The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa-Beaver Creek, CO is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this hands-on role you will schedule tasks, mentor staff, and collaborate with Front Office to maintain high service levels.

You should bring proven leadership, strong communication, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Training provided for the right candidate; 18+ with valid driver license required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Experience supervising 8–10 staff preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support a team of 8–10 housekeeping professionals, ensuring quality, safety, and company standards are met.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff while managing daily task assignments and room inspections.
• Organize workloads, distribute keys and assignments, and communicate guest requests effectively.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas daily, confirming units are guest-ready and pristine.
• Participate in onboarding, attend team meetings, and recommend service improvements.

Duties Include:

• Supervise and support a team of 8–10 housekeeping professionals, ensuring quality, safety, and company standards are met.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff while managing daily task assignments and room inspections.
• Organize workloads, distribute keys and assignments, and communicate guest requests effectively.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas daily, confirming units are guest-ready and pristine.
• Participate in new employee onboarding, attend team meetings, and recommend service improvements to enhance operations.

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, empathy, and the ability to delegate effectively. Trustworthiness and self-motivation are essential, along with a collaborative spirit for teamwork. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but we are open to providing training for the right candidate. Key attributes include expertise in scheduling, exceptional guest service, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Must be at least 18 with a valid driver license
