Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the room attendants, ensuring clean, well-maintained guest rooms and timely readiness for arrivals.

As part of our leadership team, you will guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences and upholding our Lead with Love Promise. The role requires flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate room attendant performance and provide feedback.
• Assist with training of room attendants.
• Ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked for guest stays.
• Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to enable effective communication.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring rooms are maintained to set standards of cleanliness and ready in a timely manner for guest accommodations.

As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming and restful environment for our guests.

$18-$22/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate room attendant work performance on an on-going basis and provide praises, feedback, and discipline as appropriate.
• Monitor and assist with cleaning, deep cleaning and other related projects.
• Maintain a strong professional relationship with other stakeholders within Kalahari to support efficient communication to address issues that may arise.
• Assist with training of room attendants.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous commercial housekeeping experience required.
• 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience preferred,
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Bi-lingual skills are preferred.
• Must be able to work long hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds.
