Job summary

Kalahari Resorts LLC in Pocono Manor, PA, is seeking a Room Attendant - Housekeeping to maintain clean and inviting guest rooms and corridors. You will assist with linen changes, sanitization, and replenishing amenities, delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Adapt to a broad range of customer interactions and high-pressure situations.
• Stand during the entire shift.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Prepare housekeeping cart with supplies and linens.
• Report missing items to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aRoom Attendant - Housekeeping.In this role, you willberesponsible forthe cleaning, sanitation, & resetting of guest rooms. This includes tasks such as changing bed linens, sanitizing all areas, vacuuming,& replenishingroom amenities.

As part of our leadership team,you'll embody our Promise toLead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.You'llmaintainclean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive,courteousand efficient service to all guests.

$15/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required including weekends and holidays
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
• Report all missing items from room such as irons/boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor

WhatWe'reLooking For

• Previoushousekeeping experience in residential or commercial setting helpful but notrequired
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 20 pounds of forcefrequentlyor constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
