Vertical Health Services is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in a long-term care setting. You will train staff, oversee daily tasks, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

In this role, you’ll conduct inspections, manage shifts, respond to resident and family requests, and monitor supplies to maintain high cleanliness standards. We offer comprehensive benefits and supportive regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a large organization.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Must have physical stamina and ability to handle shift demands.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and support housekeeping staff on daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, stairways, and lounges to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage scheduling for housekeeping shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Address resident and family requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies (floor cleaners, bleach, gloves, etc.).
