Responsibilities

• Lead the team by hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Create department schedules aligned with census and labor budgets.
• Order and manage supply inventory while maintaining budget controls.
• Perform and oversee mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfection.
• Conduct routine inspections for sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness.
• Provide instruction on safe and effective cleaning and laundry procedures.
• Ensure linen delivery, personal laundry service, and organized supply rooms.
