You will train staff, inspect work, coordinate with vendors, plan daily schedules, and resolve complaints while collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience and 2 years of line-level experience.
• Physically able to perform housekeeping tasks and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient in English; maintains professional appearance and demeanor.
• Able to use basic computer tools and perform simple math tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise room attendants, housemen, and cleaners to maintain high standards.
• Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure prompt responses to requests.
• Train and supervise new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Inspect work for quality and document compliance with standards.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper with morale and biannual QA Audit and budget planning.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for pest control, laundry, and other services.
• Plan daily staff work schedules and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and communicate with other departments.
• Check and maintain equipment and advise desk clerks when rooms are ready for occupancy.
• Assist with administrative functions.
