Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at the Provo Marriott Hotel. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while supervising room inspections and staff performance.

The role requires strong English communication, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with housekeeping software and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or housekeeping certifications a plus.
• Proficient in using housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations including room assignments, inspections, and follow-up tasks.
• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards as per company policies and brand guidelines.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor and manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities; assist in ordering as necessary.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, room status, inspections, and maintenance needs.
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

22 - 23.50 USD per hour(Provo Marriott Hotel)
