Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility.

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees staff and is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing rooms and furnishings in assigned areas, adhering to established policies and procedures to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and perform cleaning duties in assigned areas according to the cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), using approved cleaning agents and equipment, following proper procedures.
2. Dust, damp wipe, spot clean, wash, sanitize, and polish fixtures, furnishings, and furniture in resident rooms, including TVs, radios, pictures, feeding tables, light fixtures, shelves, chairs, tables, beds and bed frames, nightstands, bed rails, and other surfaces.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervision experience.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled.
• Capability to perform essential job functions and meet physical and sensory requirements.
