The scenic Hilton Waikoloa Village-Ocean Tower is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the housekeeping team!

Located on 62 acres of Hawaiian Paradise on Hawaii’s Big Island, on the sunny Kohala Coast, our oceanfront resort offers a rich cultural experience, poolside relaxation, and marine wildlife encounters.

• Classification: Full Time
• Shifts: Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hourly pay range: $21.28 to $23.65

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and supervising staff to meet cleanliness and quality standards
• Assessing inventory, assigning cleaning tasks, and inspecting rooms
• Verifying and reporting room status and discrepancies
• Monitoring payroll, work schedules, inventory, and stock levels
• Coordinating with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs
• Performing duties of Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed
• Participating in performance evaluations
• Responding promptly to guest requests
