Position Overview

A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure the delivery of outstanding guest service and the achievement of financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to meet cleanliness and quality standards in assigned areas.
  • Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
  • Verify room status and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor payroll, work schedules, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed.
  • Assist in evaluating staff performance.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
