Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Parkville, MD, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, plan daily assignments, and ensure a clean, sanitary environment for residents and staff. The role requires at least 3 years in housekeeping operations and prior leadership experience; you will train staff, schedule work, manage supplies, and address complaints.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff.
• Inspect premises to determine next assignments and ensure trash/garbage removal meets health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Train new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained.
• Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment.
• Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility.
• Investigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints.

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor to provide leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping team members, in order to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and staff.

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
