Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Grounds Worker II to maintain all exterior areas, ensuring a beautiful and safe environment for residents. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Your role includes lawn and garden maintenance, exterior sign upkeep, and assisting residents with gardening, plus snow removal and equipment maintenance as needed. Growth opportunities exist as the community expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of landscaping or grounds experience.
• Valid driver’s license if operating Community vehicles.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Please note that state regulations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, trees, gardens and shrubbery.
• Upkeep of exterior areas including trash removal, weeding, pet stations, dog runs and fencing.
• Install and maintain exterior signs.
• Assist residents with gardening.
• Assist in snow removal of the community.
• Maintain all associated equipment.
• Identify horticultural problems and provide treatment recommendations.

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $17.00 - $19.00 hourly

How you will make an impact

• Maintenance of all lawns, trees, gardens and shrubbery
• Upkeep of all exterior areas; including trash removal, weeding, pet stations, dog runs, fencing, etc.
