Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms.

You will coach colleagues, participate in interviewing and training, handle guest concerns, and coordinate daily operations to keep the department running smoothly. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and passion for teamwork.
