Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a dedicated supervisor to assist department managers in the overall operation, stepping in during the manager’s absence and guiding staff to maintain high service standards. You will train and supervise employees, communicate across departments, and ensure guest rooms remain clean with proper stock levels.

You will inspect rooms, handle guest concerns, prepare requisitions and reports, operate cleaning equipment, and lead special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related supervisory, training or work experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable about proper housekeeping techniques, implements, and handling of chemicals.
• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to perform all duties of a Guest Room Attendant, including but not limited to: vacuuming, changing linens, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be computer literate. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
