Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a capable guest room operations supervisor to assist department managers in overseeing housekeeping duties across guest rooms. The role involves training staff, ensuring cleanliness standards, handling customer inquiries, inspecting rooms, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Experience in a hotel or casino setting, strong communication abilities, and attention to safety and chemical handling are valued.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related supervisory, training or work experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable about proper housekeeping techniques, implements, and handling of chemicals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to perform all duties of a Guest Room Attendant, including but not limited to: vacuuming, changing linens, sweeping, mopping, dusting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be computer literate. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

• Clean and dust, including closest shelves, picture frames, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
