Job summary

Atrium Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a diligent housekeeping supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure guest rooms are spotless and ready on time.

You will coordinate with other departments, inspect spaces for quality, and coach team members to maintain high standards. Flexibility to cover schedules and supporting duties is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of housekeeping or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend and squat.
• Flexible availability – days, nights, weekends, holidays.

• Supervise housekeeping associates and daily operations—making sure rooms shine and schedules run smoothly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready without delays.

• Assist with schedules, supply forecasting, lost & found, and opening/closing duties.

Compensation Range : $18.25 - $19.16 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent – A strong base for growing your career in hotel operations.


• Basic computer skills – For schedules, supply orders, and the occasional lost sock report.


• Physical ability – Able to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and squat through your shift.


• Flexible availability – Days, nights, weekends, holidays—you’re ready when guests are.
