Atrium Hospitality Nashville Residence Inn is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to lead a team in delivering best-in-class guest experiences at our Nashville property.

You will oversee staffing, payroll, cost control, training on brand standards, and ensure operational excellence while upholding Atrium’s SPIRIT values. This full-time role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate, coach, and maintain high cleanliness standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; able to keep records and reports organized.
• Physically capable to lift 50 lbs and work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
• Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Manage department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling supply costs.
