Nashville Residence Inn - Atrium Hospitality is hiring a full-time janitorial teammate in Nashville, TN. You will keep public areas sparkling, assist room attendants, and respond to guest requests with a cheerful, guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or hotel cleaning experience preferred – you clean thoroughly without disturbing guests.
• High school diploma or equivalent – your foundation for growth in hospitality.
• Keen eye for detail – a spotless lobby and fresh atmosphere are your proud achievements.
• Physically fit – able to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep going throughout your shift.
• Flexible schedule – Days, nights, weekends, holidays—you’re ready when we need you.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas sparkling clean—lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and beyond (guests will definitely notice!).
• Handle heavy-duty cleaning projects like carpet care, floor polishing, and dusting those hard-to-reach spots.
• Stock and organize cleaning carts and supply closets so the team is always ready to shine.
• Help Room Attendants by restocking linens, clearing trash, and prepping rooms for guests.
• Respond quickly and cheerfully to guest requests and safety concerns.
