Job summary

Frontier Hospitality Group is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor at the Holiday Inn Express in Moline, Illinois. You will manage staffing needs, train employees, and ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness and service quality.

With a pay range of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, the position offers health and dental insurance, as well as travel discounts. Previous supervisory experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supervising a department of ten or more employees.
• Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements and assign work for employees.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to manage conflict and improve performance.
• Oversee training and safety procedure compliance.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and public areas.

The Holiday Inn Express, Moline (across from the airport) is currently hiring a full‑time housekeeping supervisor.

And.... Earn up to a $300 monthly bonus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day staffing requirements, plan, and assign work for employees.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance.
• Oversee that staff is trained and observing all safety and security procedures.
• Assist manager in preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms/suites, linen rooms, and public areas to assure that the property's standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained by employees to meet guest satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years supervising a department of ten or more employees.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Leadership experience is a plus!
