Job summary

The Courtyard by Marriott Bettendorf, part of Frontier Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and an eye for detail, managing a team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

This role requires supervising a workforce of ten or more while maintaining high cleanliness standards. The position offers additional benefits including health insurance, travel discounts, and a monthly bonus up to $300.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervising a department of ten or more employees.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day staffing requirements, plan, and assign work for employees.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance.
• Oversee that staff is trained and observing all safety and security procedures.
• Assist manager in preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms/suites, linen rooms, and public areas to assure that the property's standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained by employees to meet guest satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
