Job Details:

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor within our skilled nursing facility. The supervisor oversees staff and is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing rooms and furnishings in assigned areas, following established policies and procedures to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing and overseeing cleaning duties in assigned areas according to schedules, using approved agents and equipment, following proper procedures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, furnishings, and surfaces in residents' rooms, including TVs, radios, pictures, furniture, beds, and other surfaces.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping supervision experience.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled.
• Capability to perform essential job functions and meet physical and sensory requirements.
