Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, train and mentor the team, and perform inspections to uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning role
• Proven supervisory, inspector or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
