Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the community housekeeping program, ensuring safe, clean, and comfortable spaces for residents and guests. Schedule: full-time, 7am-3pm, varied weekdays and every third weekend.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, communicating changes to residents, daily inspections, coordinating rent-ready and move-in apartments, training staff, and hiring and supervising the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of housekeeping experience required.
• One year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.

• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move-in ready apartments
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team

Education

Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time. 7am-3pm, varied weekdays and every third weekend.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
