YEDLA LLC is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor in Florence, AL to lead the housekeeping team and uphold brand standards at Residence Inn Florence. You will direct staff, perform inspections, and ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained.

The role emphasizes training, safety, cost control, and delivering exceptional guest service in a busy hotel environment.

Qualificações

• Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel.
• Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood (highly desired).
• Ability to perform inventory and cost control.

Description

As a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor you will direct and work with your staff to ensure property guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well maintained. You will complete inspections and hold people accountable for their assigned tasks, delivering corrective actions if needed.

A Day in the Life

• You will perform daily housekeeping skills, as needed.
• You will inspect that safety and security measures are being upheld.
• You will assist with the overall performance of the property's Housekeeping department, including (but not limited to) guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor.
• You will be responsible for training fellow associates as it relates to brand and company standards in order to maximize revenue.
