Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Hyatt Regency Coralville team in delivering clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations. You will coach associates, inspect spaces, and uphold Hyatt brand standards to create exceptional experiences for guests and staff.

The role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring leadership by example, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to developing others.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to coach a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure Hyatt brand standards are met.
• Coordinate daily assignments and staffing priorities.
• Train, mentor, and develop housekeeping associates.
• Assist with performance coaching and documentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery opportunities.
• Oversee Lost & Found procedures.
• Monitor safety, security, and key control procedures.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and department administration.
• Step in to support the team as needed during peak occupancy.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an energetic, service-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team in delivering clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations for every guest.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coach and support associates, inspect guest rooms and public spaces, ensure Hyatt brand standards are met, and help create an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading by example, and take pride in developing others, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule & Pay

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience
• Full-time, non-exempt (overtime eligible)
• Primary 1st shift, but possibly covering some 2nd shift hours, and including some weekends and holidays as occupancy dictates
