This position offers an opportunity to lead and inspect guest rooms, ensuring they are comfortable, inviting, and clean.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability.

• Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory, assign rooms for cleaning, and inspect completed work.
• Report on room status and discrepancies.
• Monitor stock rooms, carts, and inventories.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs.
• Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson duties when necessary.
• Inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Clean rooms as needed.
• Move and operate large objects, such as carts, furniture, and equipment.
• Operate a computer effectively.
