Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott - Charlotte Matthews is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Rooms Division team, delivering exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness, staff development, and operational excellence.

In this role you will recruit, train, and coach housekeeping and laundry staff, maintain impeccable standards across guest rooms and public areas, manage budgets and staffing, and address guest concerns to continually elevate satisfaction and hotel performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to meet job requirements.

What You'll Do:

You’ll oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations, focusing on:

• Leading Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
• Ensuring Impeccable Standards: Maintain high cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage budgets, optimize staffing, control inventory, and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Promptly address guest concerns and implement programs to enhance their experience.

We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job requirements.
