What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient room readiness

• Providing coaching, feedback, and support to the housekeeping team

• Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and brand standards

• Assisting in scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing day-to-day operations

• Opening and closing the department and assigning daily tasks

• Managing Lost and Found items and guest communications

• Promoting a clean, safe, and secure environment throughout the property

• Performing hands-on housekeeping and laundry tasks when needed

• Leading daily team stand-up meetings

• Following all company safety protocols and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months in housekeeping or a similar field (required)

• Hospitality experience (preferred)

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Skills & Attributes:

• Basic computer literacy

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly

• Able to bend, squat, stand, and walk for extended periods

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
