Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Boca Raton to oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards. The role requires coaching, training, and adherence to safety procedures to maintain service excellence.

Experience in directing a hotel housekeeping team is preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is often required to support hotel operations at Hyatt Place Boca Raton and similar properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff daily and assign tasks.
• Perform cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house.
• Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and brand standards.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Coach and counsel staff on performance and training.
• Communicate performance standards and ensure training occurs.
• Follow safety procedures and report repairs as needed.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Housekeeping Supervisor delivers service excellence to our guests and ensures the creation of a larger than home, welcoming experience.
