Together, we take pride in caring for this special place—preserving its history, stewarding its natural surroundings, and creating meaningful experiences for every guest who visits.

Whether you're welcoming guests, preparing memorable meals, caring for our historic property, or supporting operations behind the scenes, every role contributes to creating unforgettable experiences while helping shape the next chapter of Lone Mountain Ranch's legacy.

Help Set the Standard Behind Every Stay

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a working supervisor who plays an important role in ensuring our guest cabins and spaces consistently meet Lone Mountain Ranch standards for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness.

This position combines daily housekeeping responsibilities with inspections and team leadership. You’ll perform housekeeping and turndown service, inspect completed work, support and guide Room Attendants, and help keep the department organized and moving throughout the day. During turndown and when the Housekeeping Manager is not present, you’ll step into the lead role to provide direction, manage priorities, and ensure the team has what it needs to be successful.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in exceptional housekeeping, notices the details others may miss, and enjoys working alongside a team while helping others succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing guest cabins and completing turndown service.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest cabins and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, amenities, and readiness meet Ranch standards.
  • Identify work that needs additional attention, communicate expectations clearly, and follow through to ensure corrections are completed.
  • Lead Housekeeping operations during turndown and serve as the on-duty department leader when the Housekeeping Manager is not present.
  • Help coordinate daily assignments and adjust priorities based on occupancy, staffing, arrivals, departures, and guest needs.
  • Provide Room Attendants with clear direction, feedback, training, and support.
  • Help onboard and train new team members in cleaning procedures, service expectations, and department standards.
  • Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments regarding room status, guest requests, maintenance needs, and operational changes.
  • Maintain accurate inspection checklists and required documentation.
  • Help ensure housekeeping supplies, carts, equipment, and storage areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Follow and reinforce Ranch safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and established operating practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
Who Thrives Here

You’ll do well in this role if you enjoy being actively involved in the work while also helping guide a team. You notice small details, take pride in a job done well, and are comfortable addressing something that needs to be corrected without losing sight of respect and teamwork.

You’re organized enough to manage changing priorities, confident enough to provide direction when needed, and willing to jump into whatever needs to be done to help the department succeed. Most importantly, you understand that exceptional housekeeping is an essential part of creating an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Bring
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience.
  • Supervisory, lead, or team-training experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ability to provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Confidence providing day-to-day direction and making appropriate operational decisions when leading the department.
  • A professional, approachable demeanor and collaborative working style.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification as required.
