Tetherow in Bend, Oregon seeks a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead vacation-home housekeeping operations and train staff to meet high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Interview assistance, train, supervise, counsel, and participate in the evaluation, scheduling, and direction of all housekeeping.
• Plan, organize, control, and direct housekeeping services for vacation homes and facilities.
• Establish timelines, prioritize needs, and coordinate responses to housekeeping requirements.
• Ensure inventory and security of supplies and equipment; report orders to the housekeeping Manager.
• Support the team to reach shared goals and address guest requests or complaints.

What you'll do...

• Interview assistance, train, supervise, counsel, and participate in the evaluation, scheduling, and direction of all housekeeping.
• Plans, organizes, controls, and directs housekeeping services to ensure vacation homes, back ‐ o f ‐ house, and other facilities
• Establish and maintain related timelines and priorities; evaluate and coordinate response to vacation home housekeeping needs
• Responsible for ensuring that all supplies and equipment are inventoried, secured, and at appropriate par levels. Report order needs to housekeeping Manager.
• Support your team to reach a common goal
• Work with manager to resolve any guest requests or complaints
