Job summary

Tetherow in Bend, Oregon is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team for vacation homes and other facilities. You will interview, train, supervise, and evaluate staff while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate schedules, manage inventories and supplies, and respond to guest requests, all while maintaining a positive, proactive work environment in a beautiful Central Oregon setting.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, and evaluate housekeeping staff.

• Ensure supplies and equipment are inventoried and ordered as needed.
• Support team to achieve common goals and resolve guest requests.
• Collaborate with management on staffing and guest satisfaction.

What you'll do...

• Interview assistance, train, supervise, counsel, and participate in the evaluation, scheduling, and direction of all housekeeping.
• Plans, organizes, controls, and directs housekeeping services to ensure vacation homes, back - o f - house, and other facilities
• Establish and maintain related timelines and priorities; evaluate and coordinate response to vacation home housekeeping needs
• Responsible for ensuring that all supplies and equipment are inventoried, secured, and at appropriate par levels. Report order needs to housekeeping Manager.
• Support your team to reach a common goal
• Work with manager to resolve any guest requests or complaints
