Job Details

Salary: $18.50-$20.15 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. You are detail-oriented, professional, friendly, and efficient.

Responsibilities

1. Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
2. Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and/or family members
3. Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies to ensure safety
4. Coordinate cleaning of rent-ready and move-in-ready apartments
5. Train new and existing staff in community and state-required policies and procedures
6. Hire and supervise the housekeeping team

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services
