Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.
• Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, lobby, and common areas.
• Share duties such as delivering beds to guest rooms, replenishing toiletry supplies, and moving lightweight objects.
• Leading, training, mentoring, and motivating team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance.
• Completing monthly inventories to ensure adequate PAR levels following budget and forecast guidelines.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Managing scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals.

Job description

The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly
